Just a three-minute walk, you’ll reach Utrecht’s vibrant city center, filled with cozy cafés, unique boutiques, cultural hotspots, and the iconic canals. Yet, as soon as you step back into the quiet street where Sunshine B&B is located, you’ll feel the peaceful atmosphere settle in. It truly is the best of both worlds: central and connected, yet calm and restful. Thanks to Utrecht’s location in the heart of the Netherlands, it’s also a perfect base to explore other cities like Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and The Hague — all easily accessible by public transport.

One of our most beloved studios is Sunglasess: a stylish and recently renovated ground-floor apartment that radiates warmth and tranquility. Inspired by the urban lifestyle in the Cote d'Azure and the expressive colors of Vincent van Gogh, Sunglasses is designed to offer a sense of viberance, soul, and timeless beauty.

The interior is light and modern, with a calming color palette of whites and natural tones. Large windows and subtle details create an atmosphere where you can breathe deeply, slow down, and truly unwind. Whether you’re here to relax, create, or simply enjoy a moment of stillness, Sunglasses is your sanctuary in the city.

The Apartment Includes:

• A bedroom with a comfortable boxspring  bed and a TV including Netflix and Disney+, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.
• Fully equipped modern kitchenette to prepare a cappucino or your favourite tea.
• Clean and stylish bathroom with a shower, plus a toilet.

Sunglasses is perfect for couples, solo travelers, creatives, and professionals visiting Utrecht for work or inspiration. It offers the privacy of home, combined with the charm of a boutique stay.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring full privacy and the freedom to come and go as you please. The main entrance is opened with keycode activating a smart lock, as such you can self-check-in at any time you please.
