Yet, as soon as you step back into the quiet street where Sunshine Suites is located, you’ll feel the peaceful atmosphere settle in. It truly is the best of both worlds: central and connected, yet calm and restful. Thanks to Utrecht’s location in the heart of the Netherlands, it’s also a perfect base to explore other cities like Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and The Hague — all easily accessible by public transport.

One of our most beloved suites is Sunflower: a stylish and recently renovated ground-floor apartment that radiates warmth and tranquility. Inspired by the golden glow of sunflowers and the expressive colors of Vincent van Gogh, Sunflower is designed to offer a sense of spaciousness, soul, and timeless beauty.

The interior is light and modern, with a calming color palette of whites and natural tones. Large windows and subtle details create an atmosphere where you can breathe deeply, slow down, and truly unwind. Whether you’re here to relax, create, or simply enjoy a moment of stillness, Sunflower is your sanctuary in the city.

The Apartment Includes:

• Separate bedroom with a comfortable boxspring queen sized bed, a peaceful workspace with screen for remote work, and direct access to a private outdoor area — perfect for enjoying a quiet coffee in the morning sun.
• Cozy living room with a sofa and a TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.
• Fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to cook a simple breakfast or a full dinner.
• Clean and stylish bathroom with a shower, plus a toilet.
• Spacious terrace with a sunbed.

Extras:

To help you explore Utrecht like a local, we offer two complimentary bicycles. Ride to the Dom Tower, cycle through the charming streets of the old town, or discover hidden parks and canal-side terraces at your own pace.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring full privacy and the freedom to come and go as you please. The main entrance is opened with keycode activating a smart lock, as such you can self-check-in at any time you please.
